1.1. Terms of use of Peloton de Paris gift cards 
Peloton de Paris reserves the right to update and change the terms and conditions of our Peloton de Paris gift cards at any time. This does not affect your legal rights. Use of your Peloton de Paris gift card constitutes acceptance of our Terms and Conditions and we therefore recommend you read them carefully. Peloton de Paris gift cards remain the property of Peloton de Paris who maintains the right to cancel the card in situations where it is deemed necessary to do so.

The value of your Peloton de Paris gift card can be redeemed in our Peloton de Paris flagship store in Mechelen, Belgium or online at pelotondeparis.cc. The gift card balance cannot be exchanged for cash or redeemed against the purchase of another card. Please note Peloton de Paris gift cards cannot be used in any of the stores managed by our international re-sellers. 

The maximum amount that an individual Peloton de Paris gift card can hold is € 1000; this limit cannot be exceeded by performing balance transfers.

You can perform a Balance enquiry at our Peloton de Paris flagship store by taking your card to the till point or you can enquire with us via hello@pelotondeparis.cc and we can check the gift card balance for you. You can not top-up your gift card balance.

1.2. Validity
Your Peloton de Paris gift card is valid for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase.

1.3. Lost/ Stolen/ Damaged
In cases where your Peloton de Paris gift card is lost or stolen, we are unable to replace or reimburse the remaining balance on a card. Peloton de Paris cannot be held responsible for any balance lost on a Peloton de Paris gift card as a result of theft or fraud. Peloton de Paris cannot be held responsible for any unauthorised use where the card number has become known to another party.

Should your Peloton de Paris gift card become damaged, Peloton de Paris will be able to replace the card providing you still have the card number in your possession and the necessary details can be obtained.

1.4. Using a Peloton de Paris gift card
Customers may use their Peloton de Paris gift card in our Peloton de Paris flagship store in Mechelen, Belgium or online at pelotondeparis.cc (similar to the use of the E-Gift Card by entering the gift card number as a code at checkout). 

1.5. Crediting a Peloton de Paris gift card
Should you return product(s) purchased using a Peloton de Paris gift card for an exchange of a lesser value, any refund amount due will be credited to your preferred method of payment (cash (in-store only) or debit/credit card). 

Please note: the purchase of a gift card is non-refundable. 

1.6. Governing Law and jurisdiction
These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium. You agree, as we do, to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Belgian courts.

Can a gift card be used more than once? Yes, provided there is still a balance remaining on the card.

Can more than one gift card be used towards a purchase? Yes. A customer can redeem another gift card during checkout.

When making a purchase in our online store, you can redeem the value of the E-gift card by entering its unique code at checkout. A gift card holds a balance, which can be spent over more than one order. 

When you redeem an  E-gift card, the checkout displays one of the following options:

• If the balance available on the gift card is greater than or equal to the order total, then click Complete order.

• If the balance available on the gift card is less than the order total, then you will be prompted to choose a second payment method for the balance before placing the order.
