ORDERS

You can contact us on hello@pelotondeparis.cc to check if changes can still be made to your order. When we haven’t handed your package over to the courier we can still modify your delivery details or add or delete products.

From the moment we shipped your order it is not possible anymore to make changes.

We aim to ship your order within 3 business days. We’re a small, locally run business, therefore we can’t process orders during weekends. But don’t worry, if you place an order on Saturday or Sunday it will be shipped on Monday and will be out for delivery soon after that.

We will send you an order confirmation email. Your order will be shipped within 48 hours on business days. As soon as your parcel is handed over to the courier you will receive an email with a track&trace link to follow the delivery status of your parcel.

We provided a box in the shopping cart where you can leave us your company details. We will need your name, company name, VAT number (if you have one) and your company’s address. You will receive the requested invoice via email after we shipped your order.

PAYMENT

We offer Bancontact, iDeal, PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and bank transfer as payment methods in our web shop.

If you choose to pay by bank transfer, please take into account that we will ship your order after reception of the payment.

You can also pay (a part) of your order with Peloton de Paris gift vouchers. You can fill out the gift voucher code on the right hand side of the check out page. Make sure to safely keep your gift card as any unused credit can be used later on for another purchase.

We can't accept ecocheques or Mechelenbon in our webshop.

If you want to use ecocheques or Mechelenbon you can stop by in our store in Mechelen and make a purchase there.

We accept ecocheques from Edenred, Sodexo and Monizze.

You will be charged for your order immediately after placing it. In case you, or we, need to cancel (a part of) your order you will receive a full refund as quickly as possible or at the latest within 14 days.

DELIVERY

Depending on where you live and the delivery option you choose your order will be shipped differently.

For orders in the EU we will send your parcel with bpost.

DHL takes care of the delivery of our parcels in the rest of Europe and the rest of the world.

In Belgium, our parcels will be delivered the day after shipping. Please note that a delivery on weekends or evenings is not possible (yet).

In Europe and the rest of the world we only offer express delivery with DHL. For Europe, the UK and the USA this means you will receive the parcel within 3 business days after shipping. In the rest of the world delivery might take a maximum of 5 business days.

Our parcels are being shipped from Belgium to be delivered worldwide, except when shipping rates are extremely high or delivery with postal services is uncertain or difficult.

We do our very best to package every parcel with great care. Should your order not arrive in a perfect state, please contact us via hello@pelotondeparis.cc. We will ask for a clear picture of the damage and send you a free return label. We will arrange for an exchange as quickly as possible.

 

Please note that this doesn’t apply for our cappuccino and espresso cups. We will do our absolute best to wrap this item carefully, to try and make sure it will arrive safely. However, we will not replace nor refund a broken cup and/or saucer that has not survived the trip.

RETURNS

At Peloton de Paris, we aim to design and produce quality cycling apparel for you to enjoy and love. We are so confident about our gear that we offer you a 30-day trial period. Feel free to try and wear your purchase during these 30 days. If, after that, you are not 100% satisfied, please return your items within 30 days of receipt and we will happily issue a refund.

All gift cards, customized items and some health and personal care items are non-refundable. For Sales items our regular return conditions apply (see below).

Once your return is received, we will issue the refund, no questions asked. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a couple of days or a maximum of 14 days.

From Belgium, The Netherlands, Luxemburg France, Germany, Austria, Spain and Italy

1. Check our return conditions to make sure you meet all requirements.

2. Fill out the return slip you find in your parcel.

3. Drop us an email at 'hello@pelotondeparis.cc' with your order number and we will send you a return label.

4. Attach the return label to your package (please put it over the shipment label if you use the original packaging to return your parcel).

5. Please make sure all returned items are well packaged. We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.

6. Bike to your nearest post office or postal service point to drop off your return.

7. We will send you a notification upon arrival of your parcel.

Please note that you can also return online purchases in our flagship store in Mechelen, Belgium, free of charge.

For exchanges we kindly ask you to place a new order for the correct size or product.

From all other countries

Our returns platform unfortunately is currently not active in your country. We are working to resolve this, but for now this is how you can return your purchase:

1. Fill out the return slip and add it to your package.

2. Return the parcel at your own cost with a courier of your choice. We will issue a refund on the initial payment method as soon as we receive your return.

For exchanges we kindly ask you to place a new order for the correct size or product.

We offer free returns for a selection of EU countries: Belgium, The Netherlands, Luxemburg, Germany, Spain, Austria France and Italy. You will be able to create a free return label in our return portal.

For all other countries we don't offer this service yet. You will be responsible for arranging the return.

Please note that you can also return online purchases in our flagship store in Mechelen, Belgium, free of charge.

To arrange for an exchange you can go ahead and place a new order in our web shop. Follow our returns procedure for the item you would like to send back. We will refund your return shortly after reception of your package. You will receive a notification email after we receive your parcel.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your requested refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a couple of days.

Please note that we will also refund to the original payment method for in-store returns.

Online purchases can also be returned in our store located ar Bruul 106, Mechelen, Belgium. We can arrange an immediate exchange or refund in store.

Yes, you are welcome in our flagship store for a direct exchange. Price differences will be refunded or paid at the counter.

For our sale items slightly different return rules apply.

Sale items are not eligible for the 30-day trial period and that they are subject to the below return policy.

Sale items bought in our web shop can be returned within 14 days after reception. For in store purchases the return period is 3 days.

The regular return conditions apply: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same saleable condition that you received it. Goods must be unworn, unwashed and complete with all original tags and in the original packaging. All gift cards, personalized items and some health and personal care items are non-refundable.

PRICES & TAXES

No additional fees will be charged for orders within Europe.

Please note that, due to Brexit, import duties and taxes may apply for parcels delivered to the U.K. Orders of 135 GBP or less can be imported in the U.K., free of extra import duties.

For all other orders local import duties and taxes may apply, depending on your country. Those charges will be levied once a shipment reaches your country. You can find various online tools to estimate the extra fees you will need to pay upon reception of your parcel.

We refund the price difference within 14 days after your order. Please note that this only applies when the article is still available in the color and size you bought. Price differences of sold out colors or sizes cannot be refunded.

SIZING

We’re a Belgian brand and use European sizing. This means that you can normally order the same sizes you wear from other cycling brands. If you have any doubts, feel free to let us know which sizes you wear from other brands and we’ll try to give you some advice on how we compare to them.

Peloton de Paris apparel is tailored for an athletic fit. When trying on your new kit, bear in mind that we specifically design our garments for comfort and performance on the bike and a streamlined look. At first sight you may think your new item is too tight or short but once on the bike it reduces discomfort and friction and provides compression exactly where you need it. Our size charts are developed with this in mind because we strongly believe that you will benefit from this as a rider.

CRASH REPLACEMENT

Even the best riders sometimes take a spill. Unfortunately, the ground isn’t always kind to our bodies or our kit. If you have an accident where one of our kits get damaged, send us photos and details about the crash at hello@pelotondeparis.cc and we will offer you 40% off a replacement kit.

Terms and conditions:
- Your kit must be purchased directly from Peloton de Paris (in store or online) within the last 12 months.
- Your kit must be crashed; normal wear and tear are not covered.
- Your new kit will be sent out once the old kit has been returned to us.
- The discount will apply to the same category of item. (i.e. if one crashed with a Sprinteur jersey, the discount will only apply to a replacement Sprinteur jersey)

WARRANTY & REPAIRS

All of our products are subject to warranty against manufacturing or material defects. The warranty lasts 24 months, starting from the date of the delivery. Defects caused by accidents, negligence or incorrect use are not covered by this warranty.

In order to make a warranty claim, please contact us at hello@pelotondeparis.cc. Send us a photo of the damaged product together with a detailed description of what caused the defect.

Make sure to send your item back in a washed, dry and clean state. Otherwise we won’t be able to accept your return. Returned items that show any signs of wear and tear or incorrect use will be rejected as a legit warranty claim.

We will inspect the item upon reception and will then decide if the defect is covered by warranty or not. If your item falls under warranty we will first try to repair it. Should that not be possible we will send you a replacement. If the product is no longer available we will offer you an equivalent.

If your product does not fall under warranty, it will be returned in its present state. In some cases the item can be repaired for a fee. We will first contact you, before we have your product repaired.

Please note that this process might take up to four weeks.

Some items can be repaired. Please send us a picture of the damaged garment at hello@pelotondeparis.cc. we will inform with our manufacturer if a repair is possible and what the cost would be. Please note that a repair can take up to four weeks.
